- Regular Retreat Price is $3499 USD for a shared double room October 14, 2017 – March 1, 2018.
- For a private room, a Single Supplement of $695 USD will apply.

We’ll match you with a same gender roommate. If you’re traveling with a companion and want to room with that person, please let us know.
A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is needed immediately to hold your spot or you may pay in full.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

Booking Agreement: By registering for Visual Mindscape Screenwriting in Galway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mia Terra Retreats Booking Conditions.
Please do not purchase your flights until we let you know we’ve met our minimum attendance requirements.
After you register, and prior to the retreat, we will invite you to join a private Facebook page just for this retreat, where you can meet your classmates, Bill Boyle, and Diana Osberg, get more details and ask questions about the retreat.
Cancellation Policy: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. Email your cancellation to info@miaterraretreats.com including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.
You must receive confirmation from Mia Terra Retreats that we received your cancellation in order for your cancellation to be valid. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure. Cancellation penalties apply to packages and/or services as indicated below.
* Up to 91 days prior to retreat date: 20% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* 90 to 60 days prior to retreat date: 50% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* The retreat is non-refundable at the 61st day
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the retreat minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
