  • The Retreat Price is $3995 USD for a shared double room.
    We’ll match you with a same gender roommate. If you’re traveling with a companion and want to room with that person, please let us know.
  • For a private room, a Single Supplement of $695 USD will apply.
  • Optional winery tour is $195 USD.
  • Optional Cinque Terre tour is $195 USD.

A $750 USD non-refundable deposit is needed immediately to hold your spot.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure.

Registration for VIP Sessions

Writers, directors, producers and actors: add an optional 30-minute or 90-minute VIP session with Heather Hale (valid only as part of this retreat).

After you register for your VIP session, we’ll contact you to discuss your specific needs.

Booking Agreement: By registering for StoryTellers on Walkabout: Putting Passion on the Page and Screen, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mia Terra Retreats Booking Conditions.

Please do not purchase your flights until we let you know we’ve met our minimum attendance requirements.

After you register, and prior to the retreat, we will invite you to join a private Facebook page just for this retreat, where you can meet your classmates, Heather Hale, and Diana Osberg, and get more details about the retreat.

Cancellation Policy: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. Email your cancellation to info@miaterraretreats.com including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.

You must receive confirmation from Mia Terra Tours & Retreats that we received your cancellation in order for your cancellation to be valid. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure. Cancellation penalties apply to packages and/or services as indicated below.

* Up to 91 days prior to retreat date: 20% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* 90 to 60 days prior to retreat date: 50% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* The retreat is non-refundable at the 61st day

​We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
