- Till December 15, 2016, the regular price is $3999 USD.
- After December 15, 2016, the late price is $4499 USD.
A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is needed immediately to hold your spot.
We will set you up on a monthly payment plan, with the final payment due by February 13, 2017, OR you can pay in full.
Booking Agreement: By registering for Costa Rica Screenwriting Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mia Terra Retreats Booking Conditions.
Please do not purchase your flights until we let you know we’ve met our minimum attendance requirements.
After you register, and prior to the retreat, we will invite you to join a private Facebook page just for this retreat, where you can meet your classmates, Bill Boyle, Bibi Caspari, and Diana Osberg, and get more details about the retreat.
Cancellation Policy: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. Email your cancellation to info@miaterraretreats.com including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.
You must receive confirmation from Mia Terra Retreats that we received your cancellation in order for your cancellation to be valid. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure. Cancellation penalties apply to packages and/or services as indicated below.
* Up to 91 days prior to retreat date: 20% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* 90 to 60 days prior to retreat date: 50% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* The retreat is non-refundable at the 61st day
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
