Booking Agreement: By registering for Ireland Screenwriting Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mia Terra Retreats Booking Conditions.
After you register, and prior to the retreat, we will invite you to join a private Facebook page where you can meet your classmates, Bill Boyle, and Diana Osberg, and ask questions.
Cancellation Policy: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. Email your cancellation to info@miaterraretreats.com including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.
You must receive confirmation from Mia Terra Retreats that we received your cancellation in order for your cancellation to be valid. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure. Cancellation penalties apply to packages and/or services as indicated below.
* Up to 91 days prior to retreat date: 20% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* 90 to 60 days prior to retreat date: 50% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* The retreat is non-refundable at the 61st day
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
