Booking Agreement: By registering for Stories of Your Days Memoir Writing Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mia Terra Retreats Booking Conditions. If you’re traveling from outside of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, please do not purchase your flights until we let you know we’ve met our minimum attendance requirements.

Cancellation Policy: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. Email your cancellation to info@miaterraretreats.com including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.

You must receive confirmation from Mia Terra Retreats that we received your cancellation in order for your cancellation to be valid. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure. Cancellation penalties apply to packages and/or services as indicated below.

* Up to 91 days prior to retreat date: 20% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* 90 to 31 days prior to retreat date: 50% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* 30 to 2 days prior to retreat date: 90% of cost, less a $50 cancellation fee
* 1 day or less prior to retreat date: 100% of cost

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the retreat minimum. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
