  • The retreat price is $3999 USD.
  • Kamaʻāina tuition is available for this retreat. Email us at info@miaterraretreats.com for details. A valid Hawaii state-issued ID or driver’s license must be presented at retreat check-in to receive kama’āina rates.

A $250 USD non-refundable deposit is needed immediately to hold your spot. We will set you up on a monthly payment plan, with the final payment due by February 1, 2017.

Booking Agreement: By registering for Kalani TV Writing Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mia Terra Retreats Booking Conditions.

Please do not purchase your flights until we let you know we’ve met our minimum attendance requirements.

After you register, and prior to the retreat, we will invite you to join a private Facebook page just for this retreat, where you can meet your classmates, Geoff Harris, and Diana Osberg, get more details and ask questions about the retreat.

Cancellation Policy: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. Email your cancellation to info@miaterraretreats.com including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.

You must receive confirmation from Mia Terra Retreats that we received your cancellation in order for your cancellation to be valid. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure. Cancellation penalties apply to packages and/or services as indicated below.

* Up to 91 days prior to retreat date: 20% of cost, less a $250 cancellation fee or the $250 deposit
* 90 to 60 days prior to retreat date: 50% of cost, less a $250 cancellation fee or the $250 deposit
* The retreat is non-refundable at the 61st day

​We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the retreat minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
